Year 2019
- A humble beginning of WEREG Properties Sdn Bhd. Established in April 2019.
- Opened a boutique office in Link 2, Bukit Jalil.
- Started with a highly driven bunch of 30 negotiators.
Year 2020
- WEREG Properties expanded to 200 negotiators nationwide.
- Set up a new WEREG Branch in Seremban.
- Preparation and planning of a bigger new concept office in Bukit Jalil.
- Won the Consumer’s Choice Award 2020 by Majlis Tindakan Pengguna, Supported Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.
Year 2021
- WEREG Properties expanded to more than 400 negotiators
- WEREG transcends from Link 2, Bukit Jalil Office to a new Concept Corporate Head Office.
- Won the Golden Bull Award 2021, an Asia Pacific Business Award in the category of Emerging SME for Malaysia.

- WEREG Properties expanded to more than 500 negotiators despite the pandemic.
- Setting up a new satellite office in Bandar Botanic, Klang.
✅ With more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Ethan Leong has played an important role in the Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) as a Councilor, Committee, and Educator since 2010. ✅ His passion for educating the next generation of real estate negotiators earns him the title of the Favourite Educator and Trainer for the Professional Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) with more than 18,000 graduated negotiators under his belt. ✅ He specializes in the topic of the Real Estate Act, MEAS, Code of Conduct, and the current updates in the Real Estate Industry. His eagerness to teach doesn’t stop him from learning as well. ✅ Other than a Bachelor of Business Administration and Professional Diploma in Estate Agency, He is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) awarded by the National Association of Realtors in the United States. ✅ In 2021, He completed his MBA with distinction.
✅ Wilson Law is a property magnate and investor, he also co-founded several property-related businesses such as an interior design firm & rental management company. ✅ Invested his first property at the young age of 22, now Wilson Law advances to holding more than 40 properties in his portfolio. Given his vast knowledge of property investment, Wilson Law guided and helped hundreds of investors secure their investment-grade properties. ✅ He obtained a Bachelor of Computing from Staffordshire University, UK, and a Professional Diploma in Estate Agency. ✅ Same as Ethan Leong, both of them were a group sales manager in other real estate agency firms before founding WEREG Properties Sdn Bhd. He was the nationwide top achiever during his employment with bank and agency firms since 2007. ✅ With his experience in the real estate industry, he has successfully institutionalized a strong teamwork and result-oriented culture in WEREG Properties.
