Founder’s Background:
Now the 66-year-old founder, Mr. Wong Peng Wah, began his culinary career at the age of 17 as a kitchen apprentice in a Chinese restaurant in Ipoh, Perak. By the age of 21, he had become a head chef and gained extensive experience in Chinese cuisine, working in various locations, including Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Penang, Terengganu, and even abroad in Singapore and Brunei. He also served as the executive chef of Chinese cuisine on a cruise ship for 10 years.
Returning to his hometown of Sungai Siput , Mr. Wong leveraged his vast experience and unique recipes to establish his own air-conditioned Chinese restaurant, “Phongmun Restaurant,” at Komersial Waterfront in 2010. With the support of his family, the restaurant has grown steadily. In 2020, it was recognized as one of the best restaurants in the central and northern regions by the local food and beverage media.

创始人背景:
现年66岁的创始人黄炳华先生,从17岁起便进入餐饮行业,最初在霹雳州怡保的一家中餐厅担任厨房学徒。21岁时成为主厨,曾在柔佛、森美兰、马六甲、槟城、登嘉楼以及海外的新加坡和文莱积累丰富的中餐烹饪经验。他还曾在邮轮上担任中餐厨师长,长达10年。回到家乡后,他凭借丰富的经验和独特的食谱,于2010年在Komersial Waterfront成功创立了自己的空调中餐馆“豐满楼海鲜酒家”,并逐渐在家人的协助下经营至今。2020年,也被中北部地区的食品与饮料媒体评选为最佳餐馆之一。
